On the Day
Coordination

Let us take all the stress out of your Wedding.

With Pop Up Events on the day coordination package, we will have a qualified event coordinator at your event to oversee all aspects of your vision.

​

Our on the day coordination package includes:

​

  • An in-depth consultation with the couple before the wedding.

  • Four weeks out handover meeting with the couple.

  • Three weeks out vendor and supplier meetings.

  • Rehearsal ceremony attendance.

  • Vendor and supplier liaison on the day.

  • Oversee reception and ceremony set up.

  • Detailed run sheet for MC, bride, vendors, and venue.

  • Stay until the last guest leaves.*

$2,000 + GST

​

*Any hours after 12 am will be charged at $50 an Hour.

Set Up and Pack Down

Do you need someone to manage the set-up of your ceremony and reception?

​

Only have access to your reception venue on the day of your wedding?

​

Want to take all the stress out of having to get family and friends to help set up and pack down?

​

Well, the team at Pop Up Events have you covered, we are here to make your venue look exactly how you want without any hassle.

​

​

Our set-up and pack down package include:

​

  • Set up on the day or day before

  • Setting up the reception area 

  • Meeting suppliers

  • Ensure everything arrives as planned

  • Pack out on the night of the wedding or the next morning

  • Hire items are packed down

​

$3,000 + GST*

*All packages can be tailor-made to suit any budget.

​

We also offer a ceremony set-up for another $300 if it is in a separate venue from the reception no more than 10kms apart.

The Full Package

This is the package for the couple that wants to take the stress out of their wedding.

​

The full package has the best of the on the day coordination and our set-up and pack down packages.

​

The Pop Up Events team will take care of every detail from the morning of the wedding until the final guest leaves from the reception.

​

This option includes:

  • On the day

  • Set-up & pack down

 

As well as: ​​

  • Handle distribution of flowers to bridal party and parents

  • On-call event personnel for any last-minute hiccups. 

  • Return of items can be negotiated 

​

We will be there for your rehearsal and help fine-tune your timings. We will then ensure that your wedding day runs on time. We are guided by you and will ensure your day goes the way you planned.

Pop Up Weddings

​

Our staff will do it all for you in a 3-hour time slot. Set Up, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Pack Down.

​

These Pop Up Weddings Include:

  • Celebrant

  • Venue*

  • Photographer

  • Bouquet and buttonholes

  • PA System

  • Nibbles and wine*

​

$5,500 + GST

​​

*Venue from approved list, Nibbles and Wine for 30 People. More than 30 will incur a cost per person
