Alex Bradley

Owner | Celebrant | Event Manager

Alex has been creating and organising events for the past 10 years. Working for, and in a number of different organisations, running events for 10 to 25000 people.

He is a registered Celebrant and loves to be able to take part in one of the most special days in a couple's life. Connecting two hearts as one for the rest of their lives.

He takes pride in any event that he is part of being it a small intimate gathering of a few people to ticketing support at an event with 25,000 people. He will put the same level of detail and attention into both.

Matt Beach

Account Manager

Matt is the man that keeps the party lights on at Pop Up Events. He is the one that makes sure all our Staff, Contractors and Suppliers get paid.

You may also see Matt helping behind the bar or in the kitchen at events, he is also working at Deloitte in Christchurch while studying to become a Chartered Accountant.

Erin Rush

Nelson Event Manager

Erin has been working at events since the very first Pop Up Events Wedding Fair.

She has stepped up into the Nelson Event Manager Role while Alex and Matt are away in Christchurch. 

She is a stickler for the small details and she will make sure your big day goes off without a hitch.

Erin is currently on Maternity leave while she looks after the newest member of the Pop Up Events Family.

Hannah Sangster

Office Administrator & Events Coordinator

Hannah has recently come on board as our Office Administrator and Events Coordinator.

She has been with Pop Up Events for the past 4 years as one of our event coordinators. 

Hannah will be managing all of our Hire Items through GK Events Hire along with scheduling our staff at events.
